The Rwanda Business Development Center (BDC) is proud to announce that it has been accredited by the Chartered Institute for Customer Management (CICM) as its local partner for Rwanda. In this capacity, everyone who is interested in the customer service and call center industry can study toward a world-class professional certification or academic qualification from CICM here at BDC Rwanda. We also committed to spearhead the professionalization of the industry through other programs implemented by CICM internationally including research, publications, conferences and service excellence awards.
